In addition, materials consultancies will be at hand to guide individuals to new and exciting material opportunities.

MaterialDriven is a design consultancy and education platform. At the heart of its efforts is a focus on innovative materials, their processes of making, and the creators behind them. Project Coordinator Adele Orcajada comments:

“As a company that strives to promote material innovation as well as the makers behind each product, we also think it is important to create a vibrant and sensorial experience for visitors and users, allowing them to engage directly with the material. Our exhibition will be an immersive journey of discovery of the current and future landscape of sustainable materials, as we challenge designers and architects to push the boundaries of materials in architecture and construction.”

Material Lab is a design resource studio and materials library that showcases a wide range of surface materials for the interior design and architectural community. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in many kinds of surface coverings.
