EcoRight lime mortar brewed to match historic brickwork

EcoRight lime mortar brewed to match historic brickwork

Ram Quarter at Wandsworth is a multi-million pound residential-led, mixed-use development, transformed from the Young’s Brewery site into a vibrant urban quarter. Set within the Grade II listed brewery complex is Ram – a new craft brewery, a heritage centre, independent retail shops, restaurants and bars, and exclusive loft-style apartment.

The listed buildings have been carefully blended into the overall masterplan with a series of interlinked public spaces. The residential tower dominates with its triangular form and dramatic angular corners and required a palette of materials to contrast with the brick facades of the neighbouring low-rise buildings.

Ram Quarter is 2021 Winner of British Homes Awards: Best Mixed-Use Development of the Year.
