In response to rising demand from architects, Hobs Reprographics Ltd now offers a 3D Print and Model Making service which can produce affordable, high quality 3D Models from CAD files. A new website has just been launched to cater specifically for 3D printing: www.hobs3d.com. The new service enables designs to be visualised in 3D, which will enhance presentations, design concepts and marketing materials. Hobs’ innovative 3D Design team accepts all 3D formats and aims to deliver conceptual models within 24hrs.
The new print technology goes beyond other 3D printing services:
the full 24-bit colour can create millions of distinct colours models
models can be produced 5-10 times more quickly than with other 3D print technologies
the printer recycles the material, thus making it 1/5 of the cost of other technologies
It can build large models without combining smaller parts – build size 381 x 254 x 203m
